Meet Dr Rezaul Karim dentist at the KCDP Dental Clinic in Dhaka

Dr Rezaul Karim is a highly qualified dentist; he trained in Dentistry in Bangladesh, India and Denmark. He volunteers at the Kamrangirchor Composite Development Project (KCDP) Dental Clinic three days a week from 10 am to 3 pm and has his own private practice outside the clinic.  The Dental Clinic is a joint project between PiCCA and Symbiosis Foundation.

“Most people coming to the clinic have poor oral health” he explains, “they do not clean their teeth very well and suffer from gingivitis. They are often in pain and we help them by doing fillings and sometimes extracting teeth, or root canal and other therapies. I show them how to clean their teeth to prevent problems.”
