PiCCA initiates Operations Training Project with Hako Women’s Collective (HWC).
Cathy, Micehelene, Gene, Serah, Geia, Marina and Nellie from HWC’s Program and Library Teams travelled into Buka town to access an internet connection and connect with PiCCA treasurer, Stephanie Boldeman to engage with this new training program.
This session, an introduction to financial management, is one in a nearly year-long program being funded and delivered by PiCCA, working with each of HWC’s eight delivery teams. The training is aimed at strengthening the capacity and confidence of the women of HWC to manage the finances and everyday operations that underpin their vital community service and development roles.
